Congress Accommodation

To book your accommodation at the recommended hotels, simply download the hotel booking forms posted below.

Complete the booking form and fax it back to the congress management office at: +65 6356 7471. (Please do NOT fax the form to the hotel).

Please note:

Please ensure that you have carefully checked the dates, the price and the hotel before proceeding with your booking request.
We advise participants to make their reservations early to ensure getting a confirmed reservation (Note: the Congress takes place during the same period as the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in Singapore). Room rates may increase or you may face difficulty in getting confirm reservations nearer to the congress period.
You will receive an email confirmation from the hotel when your reservation is processed.
Upon receipt of the confirmation from the hotel, please check it carefully and contact the relevant hotel immediately if any information stated on the confirmation booking or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.

Terms and Conditions for Individual Guest:

A non–refundable deposit of one-room night charge will be imposed on every successful confirmation booking
No-show or cancellations made within 72 hours / 3 days prior to the check-in date (for any of the hotels) will be subjected to a full charge of the entire duration of the stay.
Check in time is 14:00 hours and the check out time is 12:00 hours. For early check in, a full day room rate will be levied. For late check out, the hotel may accommodate until 14:00 hrs (2 pm), subject to room availability.
Any changes to the reservation details should be made known to the respective hotels in writing at least 72 hours / 3 days prior to the check-in date.

Please note that the organizers has negotiated for all the recommended rates to be consistent with the following amenities:

All hotel rates posted are nett rates (all prevailing taxes included)
All hotels should provide one (01) breakfast for each single room and two (02) breakfasts for double rooms (except for Pan Pacific Hotel).
Pan Pacific Hotel's twin room rate is inclusive of only 1 breakfast.
All hotels should provide one (01) internet account per room
