Exhibition Opportunities
An exhibition will be organized in conjunction with the Congress. It will bring together participants and related industry representatives from all over the world, thus contributing to the opening of potential markets to one's products in other countries, particularly those in the Asia-Pacific region.
It will be a unique opportunity for equipment manufacturers/suppliers to showcase their products and services to a vital market, which is ordinarily difficult for sales people to reach.
Only companies that provide products or services that are deemed appropriate are eligible to exhibit. The WCB 2010 Organizing Committee reserves the right to screen products and services for appropriateness.
This year we have divided the congress exhibition into three different sections:
- Standard Exhibition Booth (a) - Corner Booth 9 m square (3m x 3m) - S$ 8,000
- Standard Exhibition Booth (b) - In Line Booth 9 m square (3m x 3m) - S$ 6,000
- Raw Space Special Booth - S$ 650 per sqm
- Tabletop Display Package - S$ 3,000
The special booth zone will have varying sizes of exhibition booth spaces for corporate companies to select one that suits their corporate communication purpose. The sizes range from 4 metres by 3 metres to the central pavilion booth of 6 metres by 5 metres. This will allow our corporate supporters to specially design their booths to showcase their products and services.
Finally, we would also have the exhibition tabletops for our publication houses, who would need the space to display their books and journals. These are strictly tabletops with structural displays allowed.
