Congress Registration

Online Registration

Online registration closed (18 July 2010).

Onsite registration will be available at the congress venue (Level 2, Ballroom Foyer, Suntec Convention Centre) during the following date/time:

Sunday, 1 August 2010 - 16:30 to 20:00 hrs
Monday, 2 August 2010 to Wednesday, 4 August 2010 - 08:00 - 16:30 hrs
 Thursday, 5 August 2010 - 08:00 - 14:00 hrs

Cash (Singapore dollars) and credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are acceptable modes of payment onsite.
We regret that cheque/bankdraft payment will not be acceptable for onsite payment.


Registration Rate

Early Bird Rate (On and before 31 May 2010)

  • Delegate: SGD 980 (approx USD 700 / Euro 470)
  • Student: SGD 580 (approx. USD 415 / Euro 280)

Standard Rate (After 31 May 2010)

  • Delegate: SGD 1080 (approx USD 772 / Euro 515)
  • Student: SGD 680 (approx USD 485 / Euro 325)

Registration Entitlements

Delegate registration fee entitlements:

  • One (01) person to attend all the Congress Sessions (unless otherwise specified);
  • Daily Lunch and Tea Breaks;
  • One (01) copy of Programme & Abstracts Book;
  • One (01) copy of Congress Proceedings CD-ROM;
  • One (01) Congress Banquet Ticket (Friday, 6 August 2010); and
  • Registration for up to two (02) presentations at the Congress.

Student registration category is meant for FULL-TIME students and entitles:

  • One (01) person to attend all the Congress Sessions (unless otherwise specified);
  • Daily Lunch and Tea Breaks;
  • One (01) copy of Programme & Abstracts Book;
  • One (01) copy of Congress Proceedings CD-ROM; and
  • Registration for one (01) presentation at the Congress.

Additional banquet ticket(s) could be purchased onsite. The ticket price will be made known at a later date.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. To be scheduled in the programme/publication, each accepted abstract must be duly registered by 31 May 2010
  2. Student registrations are entitled to register only one (1) abstract.
  3. Registrants under the “Delegate” category are entitled to register up to a maximum of 2 abstracts per registration.


    Payment Procedure

    Payment modes available are:

     (1) Credit Card or

    (2) Cheque / Bankdraft

    For online payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard):

    1. Create a registration login account
    2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Visa” or “MasterCard”.
    3. You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by RBS WorldPay to perform your online payment.
    4. Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email within the same day. (If you experience delay in receiving emails from us, please inform your IT department to unblock the emails from the domain: inmeetpro.com.sg)
    5. Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER the payment is made.
    6. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be INMEET CMS PTE LTD” - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the Congress.

    For cheques / bankdraft payment:

    1. Create a registration login account
    2. Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Cheque / Bankdraft”.
    3. Please issue the cheque / bankdraft to “INMEET CMS PTE LTD” - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the congress.
    4. Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
    5. Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheque / bankdraft to the conference management office (please refer to address as indicated on the invoice).
    6. Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and “WCB 2010” at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
    7. Upon receipt of your cheque / bankdraft, you will receive an email notification.
    8. When your cheque / bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation email.

    Online Registration - CLOSED

    Please note that the registration login ID is DIFFERENT from the login ID for your abstract submission. As such, please click on the "Create Account" button on the registration system's login page in order to proceed with your registration.

    Please also ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled and you are using INTERNET EXPLORER as your browser.

    If you are not able to auto-retrieve your submission details when completing the registration form, please enter the submission ID and proceed to make payment, we will verify the submission ID when we receive your payment and will update it accordingly for you.


    Cancellation and Refunds

    1. Requests for cancellations received on or before 1 July 2010 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
    2. From 1 July 2010 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
    3. Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the congress management office.
    4. If you do not receive a response to your request email within three (03) working days after sending, please resend your email.

    Neither the organizer nor its employees or its appointed Professional Conference Organiser shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
