The conference proceedings will be published by Springer under the IFMBE Proceedings series, which will be indexed in the ISI Proceedings.

Submission of paper is NOT compulsory, that is, authors of accepted abstracts can register and present at the congress but not submit the four-page paper, if they do not wish to have it published in the proceedings series. 

Registered participants at the congress will receive a printed copy of:

1. Programme Book,
2. Abstracts Book, and
3. IFMBE Proceedings Series (in CD ROM format)

Conditions for Publication

• All accepted and duly registered (by 31 May 2010) abstracts will be included in the Abstracts Book. 
• Papers received by 15 May 2010 and registered by 31 May 2010 will be published in the IFBME Proceedings Series

Paper Submission Details

Authors with accepted abstracts may proceed to submit a four-page paper for publication in the IFMBE Proceedings Series. Please read the following before preparing your paper submission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Manuscripts have to be submitted by 15 May 2010 and registration payment completed by 31 May 2010 in order for it to be included in the IFMBE Proceedings Series.  Due to tight publication schedule, there will NOT be any extension of the paper submission deadline.

Paper Format

All submitted papers should be in the form of MS WORD DOCUMENT and are to be limited to a maximum length of four (04) pages, including tables, figures and references.

• Paper Size: A4 (21 x 27.9 cm)
• Length: Four (04) pages
• Margins: Top - 2.5 cm; Bottom - 4 cm; Left - 1.9 cm; Right - 1.4 cm
• Page Layout: 2-columns; 85.5 mm wide, space of 6 mm between columns; left and right justified
• Font: Times New Romans; single spacing
• Do not add any header / footer or page number to your file.

The organiser reserves the right not to publish papers that do not conform to the prescribed format.

Copyright Form

Authors are also to submit their copyright form to the congress management office after they have submitted their paper. Please complete and sign the form, and fax  to (65) 6356 7471, or email scanned copy to: CLOAKING
